  • titansofa.store currently delivers to Peninsular Malaysia only, with the exception of islands. (Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman etc).
  • Always ensure that you key in the correct contact number in order for our team to contact you to schedule a delivery date.
  • In the unlikely occurrence where a wrong or damaged product has been delivered, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours.
  • Delivery date may subject to the vary condition

 

TITAN SOFA Furniture provide shipping to all WEST Malaysia included Johor, Melaka, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Kelantan, Kedah, Penang, Pahang, Terengganu, Kedah, Perlis, Sembilan

For Felda area, shipping will be slower

We deliver sofa by using Third party logistic company

All products purchase on this store provide FREE SHIPPING except Genting, Langkawi, Sabah and Sarawak

Logistic office will schedule and inform you the delivery date first by whatsapp before the delivery actual date.

Their driver will call you one hour before delivery to your shipping address

Customer are responsible to make sure truck have the permit to enter shipping area

Any postpone or delay on delivery schedule will be informed

To request for specific delivery time, please put in the remark, we will request our logistic vendor to deliver matching your request as much as possible

 

Delivery Rate:

Parcel Delivery (24kg and below) – RM24 FREE (Limited time promotion)
Truck Delivery (25kg and above):
– Within Klang Valley – RM99 FREE (Limited time promotion)
– Outside Klang Valley – RM250 FREE (Limited time promotion)

*weight (kg) is based on either actual weight or volumetric – whichever higher.
*We reserve the right to change our rate at any time without further notice.

 

Courier Delivery only for certain situation :

  • We will pass the products to our courier delivery partner and first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule. In the event of a failed delivery, there will be a second attempt to deliver your product(s).

 

Truck Delivery:

  • For Bulky Delivery, your delivery will be scheduled in advance. After order confirmation, our Logistics Department will be in contact with you to arrange the date of delivery
  • Please ensure that there is someone to receive the product(s) on the agreed date and time. If no one receives the delivery, we will reschedule for another delivery date but with a charged reschedule delivery fee.
  • For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly inform us at least 2 days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
  • Users are allowed to change their delivery schedule ONLY ONCE after the first delivery schedule has been confirmed.
  • In the event where we are not able to contact you to schedule or reschedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 14 Days from the date of first attempted failed delivery. Our team will follow up with an email, and if there is no response from there, your order will be cancelled without refunds.

 

Installation:

  • Currently TITAN FURNITURE does offer the option of on-site installation for certain products only
  • TITAN FURNITURE will not be liable for any mishandling of installation if installation request is done between you and our truck delivery partner.
